The VRF system from Mitsubishi Electric is built on Ylli Hotel In Lezha city.
To realize this project, investors turned to the phone company AIR-PLUS.
After a detailed analysis of the project by UNI-KLIMA engineers, it was decided that the most efficient solution would be to use CITY MULTI VRF system with Y-type heat pump.
For the interior of the premises, a combination of units was chosen PEFY-P channel and four-way blowing tape PLFY-P, to guarantee optimal air distribution and maximum comfort for hotel visitors.
Cassette units have been installed in the hotel's premises. Specifically, type PFLY ones,which provide balanced air distribution in four directions and guarantee high efficiency in cooling and heating. Meanwhile, ducted units are used in the hotel rooms. The PEFY-P unitsenable a discreet solution – leaving only the air vents visible.
Both types of units are distinguished by their extremely quiet operation, which makes them particularly suitable for environments that require maximum peace and comfort.
On the other hand, outdoor units type PUHY-P offer high energy efficiency and are equipped with advanced noise control technology, guaranteeing excellent performance in both cooling and heating.
In summary, an ideal solution for the hospitality sector, where customer comfort and quiet operation are top priorities.
